experience in corporate consulting and production within global risk management and
commercial insurance organizations. His career includes advising Fortune 1000
companies and serving as a risk consultant with industry leaders including Risk
Consultants, Marsh, AJG, and WTW.
Through this experience, Bill has partnered closely with commercial insurance carriers, excess and surplus brokerages, MGUs, and
specialty firms—developing a deep, practical understanding of how these organizations
compete for and retain top talent. Premier Search Talent operates as a strategic
extension of internal recruiting teams, rapidly identifying, qualifying, and delivering high-
